L'aceto che serve lo trovi tranquillamente al supermercato.. si tratta di normalissimo aceto di vino bianco distillato.
Puoi farne a meno saltando la fase di acidificazione iniziale, ma falla estrai da acacia.
Le alternative comunque sono molte.. anche acido cloridrico, ma l'aceto è comunque meglio per piu ragioni
